We are a profit-for-purpose organisation founded in 2016, led by a management team with genuine lived experience in disability care. We don’t answer to corporate shareholders; our surplus is reinvested directly back into our staff, our resources, and the community we serve.

Yes. Care to Change is a fully registered NDIS provider. This means our policies, procedures, and staff are rigorously and regularly audited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to ensure we meet the highest standards of safety and care.

We provide dedicated NDIS support across South East Queensland, specifically focusing on participants located in Brisbane, the Moreton Bay region (including our Hubs in Morayfield and Mt Gravatt), and the Sunshine Coast.

Yes. We proudly maintain a highly diverse workforce and offer support in multiple languages. We believe that receiving care in your preferred language is crucial for you and your family to feel fully understood and respected.

Absolutely not. We have a strict, foundational policy that we will never deduct money from your personal pension to cover services or accommodation expenses. We believe financial fairness is a basic right, and your pension stays yours.

We believe in complete transparency. All of our services are invoiced directly against your approved NDIS plan funding, adhering strictly to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We provide clear service agreements upfront so there are no surprise costs.

Core Supports help you with everyday activities, like personal care, household tasks, and community participation. Capacity Building supports are designed to build your independence and skills, such as therapies or Support Coordination. If you are unsure what funding you have, our team can help you review your plan.

Getting out into the community shouldn’t be a logistical or financial headache. We maintain our own fleet of vehicles for you to use with our support workers. The transport costs are handled seamlessly and invoiced directly through your allocated NDIS plan funding.

Yes. We believe a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of excellent care. We arrange meet-and-greets so you can ensure you feel completely comfortable with your support worker before any shifts commence.

It is completely normal for personalities to clash occasionally. Because we prioritise your comfort, if you feel a worker isn’t the right fit for you, simply let our management team know. We will discreetly and quickly match you with someone better suited to your personality and needs.

Continuity of care is a massive priority for us. If your regular worker is unavailable, our management team will communicate with you immediately and arrange a familiar (where possible), highly capable replacement so you are never left without support.

Safety and compliance are non-negotiable. Every single member of the Care to Change team undergoes comprehensive screening, including mandatory NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, Working with Children Card and detailed reference checks before they enter your home.

We don’t just fill empty rooms. We take the time to match participants based on personality, age, interests, and daily routines to ensure a harmonious, safe, and happy home environment.

We provide flexible care that adapts to you. Depending on your NDIS funding and personal requirements, our support can range from a few hours to comprehensive, 24/7 complex care.

Yes, it is your home. We actively encourage our participants to maintain strong connections with their loved ones. From quiet weekend visits to our big annual community events, your family is always welcome.
