To help us provide the most accurate information when you get in touch, it can be helpful to have a few things ready. Do not worry if you do not have all the answers yet, we are here to guide you through it.

• Your NDIS Plan: If you have an active plan, having your NDIS number and plan dates nearby helps us check your funding categories.
• Your Goals: Think about what you want to achieve. Whether it is moving into a SIL property, finding a job, or simply getting out into the community more often, knowing your goals helps us tailor our supports.
• Current Supports: Let us know what is currently working for you, and what gaps you need to fill in your daily routine.
