As a profit-for-purpose organisation, we take your input seriously. When you submit feedback or a complaint to Care to Change, we will:


1. Acknowledge: Let you know we have received your message within two business days (if contact details are provided).


2. Investigate: Review your feedback carefully and fairly, keeping you informed and involved in the process if you have made a formal complaint.


3. Resolve: Work with you to find a practical solution, letting you know the outcome and the exact steps we are taking to improve our services.
