What a day might look like

Mornings are the busy part. Someone is available to support you with what you need, getting up, showering, medication and breakfast, at whatever pace that takes. Then the day opens out: some people go to work or a program, some go out with a worker, some stay home. It’s your day to shape.

1:3 support ratio offers enough for help with the things that need doing, and someone to do them alongside. The roster can flex a little from day to day depending on staffing. It’s not one-to-one support, so if you need someone with you and would like the company of others, this might be right for you.

Need one-to-one support for something specific, like community access or a regular outing? That can be arranged too, funded separately through your plan alongside the house roster.

Who it tends to suit

A male who want to run more of their own life, with someone there for the hard parts. Help with what needs doing, company in the house, and space to keep to yourself when you want it.
