What a day might look like

1:3 support ratio offers enough for help with the things that need doing, and someone to do them alongside. The roster can flex a little from day to day depending on staffing. It’s not one-to-one support, so if you need someone with you and would like the company of others, this might be right for you.

Need one-to-one support for something specific, like community access or a regular outing? That can be arranged too, funded separately through your plan alongside the house roster.

Who it tends to suit
